Ice-Vibe Tendon Boots
Ice-Vibe Cold Circulation Therapy Boots address three main areas:
- Reducing soreness and swelling
- Enhancing circulation
- Promoting healing
The massage action of Ice-Vibe boots stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to drain inflammation and repair damaged tissue. Using Ice-Vibe before exercise can minimize injury risk by boosting blood flow to tendons and ligaments, essentially serving as a pre-warm-up. Daily use can manage everyday joint wear and tear.
Instructions
As an Ice Boot: These boots effectively cool legs using the provided Cold Packs. When used from the freezer, the cold packs cool the blood circulating through the legs while the massage maintains blood flow, promoting immediate repair and recovery. Unlike ordinary ice boots, Ice-Vibe ensures tissues receive oxygen and nutrients.
- Before Exercise: Use without cold packs.
- After Exercise: Use with cold packs.
- For Competitions:
- Before Warm-Up: Use without cold packs unless it's a very hot day.
- After Competition: Use with cold packs immediately.
- For highly aerobic events causing heavy breathing (e.g., XC phase or a race), use cold hosing or ice boots during cool down. Once the horse's breathing eases, switch to Ice-Vibe with cold packs and vibration massage to reduce any bruising, swelling, or soreness from the competition.
Ice-Vibe boots feature a neoprene outer layer with elasticated inner pockets for vibration panels, soft bindings, and secure Velcro fastenings to prevent slipping. They are contoured to fit both front and hind legs. Simply wrap the cold packs around the leg, place the boots on top, and ensure the vibration panels are correctly positioned, with the flat side against the horse's leg.
The updated design includes a smooth outer surface to repel shavings and dirt, and beaded gel cold packs for optimal performance and fit. Attractive blue piping completes the look.
